Terms & Conditions

Last updated: January 1, 2026

1. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing and using www.mrpacktozipconverteronline.com (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

The Service is a free, browser-based tool that converts Modrinth .mrpack modpack files into standard .zip archives. All file processing occurs locally in your browser. We do not run a backend that receives, stores, or modifies your files.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. Specifically, you will not:

  • Use the Service to convert or redistribute modpacks containing content you do not have the right to use;
  • Attempt to overload, scrape, or reverse-engineer the Service to disrupt its operation;
  • Use the Service to violate the terms of Modrinth, CurseForge, Mojang, or any mod author.

4. Third-party content

Mod files downloaded during conversion come from third-party sources (Modrinth's CDN, individual mod author servers). We do not host, mirror, modify, or claim ownership of any mod. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

5. No warranty

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that converted files will work in every launcher. Use of the Service is at your own risk.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service — including but not limited to data loss, modpack corruption, or launcher incompatibilities.

7. Changes to these terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will update the "Last updated" date above whenever changes are published.

8. Governing law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international consumer protection norms. Disputes shall be resolved in good faith through direct communication first.
